As you may know I have been interested in photography since the age of 13 when I first saw a contact print develop in a tray of developer. I get the feeling that you took a similar path to arrive at your love of photography. I’ve owned and given away many cameras over the years. I gave my good friend George my first serious camera, a Yashica D twin lens reflex, and it boosted his love of photography. I certainly don’t need a boost in my appreciation for photography but having owned a Nikkormat of the same vintage as your Nikomat I feel a strong affinity to it. And it would look great sitting next to the rest of the cameras in my collection. I rest my case.
